Aston Carter's large client is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team! The Collections Specialist will manage the accounts receivables of designated stores, adhering to the standards and policies set by the head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact clients in the designated territory to ensure account payments are made and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Provide answers to customer questions about their accounts.
  • Complete and submit weekly reports to managers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Store Managers regarding accounts receivable.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
  • Perform any other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.
