Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support a manufacturing organization in Anoka, Minnesota. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage receivables with professionalism, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and help improve payment performance. The right candidate will bring a strong sense of accountability, sound judgment, and experience working through collection and billing-related issues in a business environment.
Responsibilities:
• Contact customers and internal departments to follow up on past-due balances and drive timely payment resolution.
• Review accounts placed on credit hold, assess outstanding issues, and coordinate next steps to support order release when appropriate.
