Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd Year College Completed - no back subjects / Associate Graduate / 2-year course
  • At least 6 months of experience in account resolution, customer contact, or customer service
  • Experience in International Contact Centers, Sales, or equivalent environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite
