Our client is seeking a Collections Representative with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. This is a full-time onsite opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of customer service or collections experience who is looking to grow within a stable and supportive company.
Responsibilities:
+ Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and payment arrangements
+ Maintain accurate account notes and collection activity records
+ Resolve billing issues and respond to customer inquiries professionally
+ Follow up on outstanding balances in a timely manner
+ Work collaboratively with internal departments to support account resolution
+ Use Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems to track and manage accounts
