We are currently looking for a Collections representative to join our team in Aguascalientes.
In this role you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
A Day in the Life:
Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and consumer.
Researches and finds a solution for customer´s disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status and delinquency.
