Responsibilities:


  • Minimum 6 months of experience required as a Team leader in BPO in a collection process.
  • Must have knowledge of team leader metrics, Attrition, shrinkage.


Qualifications: Graduation is mandatory

Required Skills

  • Need Dialer experience.
  • DRA certification is a plus

Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4.8 LPA
