Role Overview
Share Pal is hiring a hands-on Returns & Collections Operations Manager to own post-delivery operations end-to-end.
This role is responsible for managing everything from Pickup Due to Order Completion, including returns, collections, customer and courier recoveries. You will work closely with the COO (Co-founder) and manage small operations teams across returns, completion, and damage operations.
