Collections Coordinator

The Collections Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the resolution of third party transactions working collaboratively across functions of the business. Your responsibility is to contribute to the collection of outstanding moneys to increase our Working Capital. This position is all about communication and organization.

How You'll Help:

• Maintain a region or function of transactions, maintaining aged AR balances within KPI targets
• Resolve collection issues via phone or email
• Identifies and develops strategies for the resolution of disputed transactions to minimize loss
• Accessing bills of lading, POD’s, invoices etc, that need to be resent to customer. Special requirements as to format of how to resend, ie: scan to one PDF.
• Preparing paperwork for 3rd party collections and legal files.
• Contacting terminals to locate missing paperwork.
