Job Description

A Collections Agency Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between a lending institution or bank and its outsourced, third-party collection agencies. They monitor agency recovery rates, manage account endorsements, and ensure external partners comply with company policies and financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Oversight: Manage and evaluate third-party collection agencies handling delinquent, written-off, or specialized loan accounts (such as auto or motorcycle loans).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track agency metrics against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
