Job Description

The Job role will involve working with the UK based International Energy Brand. The Collections Administrator provides essential administrative support to the collections function by coordinating activities with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. The administrator is responsible for ensuring information is accurate and up to date, prioritising workloads, and supporting the smooth coordination of collections activities.


Will be Working as part of a team to support the Collections department with the day-to-day administration, with the goal of reducing the risk of bad debt and escalating our problem accounts through to our relevant partners. The administrator will work closely with customer accounts, internal departments and third-party agencies to resolve payment issues and ensure all processes are compliant.
