Maximize recovery from assigned NPA & written off portfolio through closures, settlement and disposal of collateral. 2. Ensure timely initiation and execution of legal tool such as a) Warrants execution under Section -138/ Section -25, b) Timely execution Sarfaesi, Resolution of Fraud transaction by filing FIRs, Attachment of collateral/other properties through Sarfaesi & Arbitration and attachment of bank accounts through Arbitration and other available tools. 3. Ensure support and facilitate disposal of properties in coordination with Disposal team. 4. Ensure trail/feedback should be manage in M collect and delinquency file. 5.
