Job Description

The Collection Associate is responsible for monitoring tenant accounts, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring timely collection of rent and other property-related fees.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring effective collection of payments of the Unit owners

- Monitors and oversee the Account Receivables and completion of collection activities

- Sends daily Bank Statement to Property Managers

- Prepares regular reports on Collection activities

- Assist with the Statement of Account of the Unit Owners' condo dues.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year financial/ business or any related course (OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES).

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in collection and property management is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
