**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for an HSE Specialist to join the Industrial Directorate of the **BU Milk**, at the Collecchio plant.
Reporting to the HSE Manager of the Collecchio plant, the resource will have the following responsibilities:
* Ensure high standards of health, safety, and environment within the plant, through the application of Group guidelines, operational oversight of HSE activities, and monitoring of environmental and safety indicators;
* Actively contribute to the dissemination of a company culture oriented towards prevention and effective risk management, ensuring compliance with current regulations and continuous improvement of HSE processes, through constant presence in the field and continuous dialogue with operational functions;
