Job Description

IntouchCX in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Associate to help recruit our customer service representatives. You will partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs, interact with applicants, process submissions, and coordinate tests for hiring.

You will also participate in job fairs and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate loves people, works well in a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and maintains confidentiality.
