The Role


Key Responsibilities:



  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.




  • Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, groups, roles, Conditional Access, and MFA.




  • Handle mailbox management, mail flow, retention policies, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.




  • Support Microsoft Teams configuration, policies, calling, meetings, and troubleshooting.
