Cold Email Campaign Manager

We're a done-for-you B2B cold email agency. We build the sending infrastructure, the lead lists, and the campaign strategy for our clients — and we book them qualified sales calls. We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to own the day-to-day execution and deliverability of our client campaigns so they hit their booked-call targets every month. This is not an entry-level VA role. You must have already run cold email campaigns at volume — thousands of sends per day across many inboxes — for an agency or multiple clients. If you've only sent a few hundred emails from one inbox, this isn't for you yet. What you'll own Building and launching campaigns in Instantly and/or Smartlead from the strategy and copy we hand you — sequences, scheduling, inbox assignment, lead uploads. Deliverability health: monitoring bounce rates, inbox placement (spam testing), warmup status, and DNS/SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Rotating and pausing inboxes before problems spread.
