Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume calls to prospects (B2B or B2C) to promote products or services.
  • Lead Generation/Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess prospect needs, and qualify them as potential leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and senior sales representatives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish immediate rapport with potential customers to build trust and interest.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and appointment quotas.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads.
