Key Responsibilities & Duties

Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume calls to prospects (B2B or B2C) to promote products or services.

Lead Generation/Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess prospect needs, and qualify them as potential leads.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and senior sales representatives.

Relationship Building: Establish immediate rapport with potential customers to build trust and interest.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and appointment quotas.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads.
