Cold Calling Executive

We are looking for a Cold Calling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads.

Core Responsibilities
:

Outbound Prospecting
: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily to leads and prospects.

Data Management
: Update and maintain daily call records and customer's feedback in the system.

Script Optimization
: Provide feedback on call scripts and messaging based on real-time prospect reactions and objections.

Goal Achievement
: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion.

Active Listening
: Must be a good listener who can understand client's requirement.

Qualifications:

Education
: Bachelor's degree (16 years of formal education) in any discipline.

Experience
: 1–2 years in cold calling and lead generation.
