Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Cold Callers who thrive in outbound sales environments. In this role, you will proactively reach out to prospects, spark interest, qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments or close opportunities.

This is a high-impact role for individuals who enjoy persuasive conversations, understand sales psychology, and are motivated by targets, conversions, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lists and CRM tools
• Initiate conversations, introduce products or services, and clearly communicate value propositions
• Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and interest level
• Confidently handle objections and guide prospects toward a decision
• Book appointments or schedule follow-up calls for the sales team
