Cold Caller (Project Based)

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting decision-makers in various companies to invite them to attend our industry-focused seminars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to company decision-makers
• Present and explain the benefits of attending our seminars
• Persuade potential attendees to register for events
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call information
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and registrations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
