Purpose of the Role

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound communications
• Support sales, customer intake, scheduling, and lead generation
• Represent the client professionally when communicating with U.S.-based business clients

Work Schedule

• US Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
• PH Time: ~12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (graveyard shift, DST dependent)
• Availability: Consistent overnight availability required

• Answer calls from U.S. customers and prospects
• Explain client services clearly and professionally
• Collect customer details (equipment type, volume, location, timing)
• Route information to quoting, operations, or management
