What You'll Do:
- Cold call decision-makers
(HR, Talent Acquisition, Founders) in the US market daily - Pitch our recruitment services and schedule discovery calls for our account executives
- Research prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, and internal databases
- Log activities and update lead progress in our CRM (HubSpot, Go High Level, or Salesforce)
