Cold Caller Needed

I'm hiring a part-time cold caller with Mojo Dialer experience to call homeowners and sellers and book listing appointments. You will focus on expired listings and neighborhood circle prospecting to identify homeowners who want to sell within the next 12 months.
Requirements

• Proven experience using Mojo Dialer (triple-line preferred)

• Strong, clear English with no heavy accent

• Confident on the phone, professional, and able to handle objections

• Organized with basic CRM notes and follow-up tracking

• Comfortable calling Phoenix metro homeowners (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Buckeye, Goodyear, etc.)
Schedule

• Part-time: 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday

• Saturday optional

• High daily dial volume

• Consistent conversations

• Appointments booked for listing consultations
