What you'll be doing
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport
- Qualifying leads and gathering relevant information to pass on to the sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Providing feedback to the management team on customer pain points and market trends
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Cold Caller
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a persuasive yet friendly manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
- Fluency in English
