What you'll be doing

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport
  • Qualifying leads and gathering relevant information to pass on to the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system
  • Providing feedback to the management team on customer pain points and market trends

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Cold Caller
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a persuasive yet friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals
  • Fluency in English
