Role Overview

We are hiring Appointment Setters / Cold Callers to contact business owners who have already shown interest in funding solutions. The role is focused on re-engagement, qualification, and appointment booking—not sales closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Call warm and re-engaged leads from the CRM
• Handle inbound leads and follow up on previously contacted prospects
• Re-engage business owners who expressed interest but did not book a call

• Ask qualifying questions related to:

• Business status

• Funding interest
• Timing and eligibility
• Clearly explain next steps and book qualified appointments
• Overcome basic objections professionally
• Book appointments directly into the clients scheduling system
• Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and dispositions in the CRM
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and clean CRM records
