Job Description
COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER — HOURLY + COMMISSION
We're hiring an experienced cold caller to call property owners, qualify fire/property damage leads, and set appointments for our closer.
This is outbound cold calling. You must be confident on the phone, handle objections well, and sound clear and professional.
If you can consistently set 2 qualified appointments per day, there is strong earning potential with hourly + commission (or a commission-heavy option).
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English (clear, natural, professional)
Cold calling / appointment setting experience
Strong objection handling
Reliable internet + quiet workspace
PREFERRED
Spanish speaker
Insurance / roofing / restoration / property damage experience
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
PAY
Hourly + commission
Commission-heavy option available for top performers
Commission paid on closed deals from appointments you set (details discussed in interview)
