Job Description
I run a lead generation company that connects homeowners with concrete contractors across the United States. I'm looking for an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to call concrete contractor business owners and book them onto a short discovery call with me.
This is an ongoing, part-time role with the potential to grow into a long-term position.
What you'll be doing:
Calling concrete contractor business owners from a provided list
Following a script I provide (with room to be natural and conversational)
Handling basic objections and keeping prospects engaged
Booking qualified prospects onto my calendar via a scheduling link
Logging all call outcomes in a simple tracking sheet daily
What I'm looking for:
Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American accent — this is non-negotiable
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience, ideally in home services, contractors, or B2B sales
Comfortable with rejection and able to stay positive...
