Hiring: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Night shift) — Lahore
We are a small, family-like Upwork agency doing BPO for SMBs. We care for our agents with real training and mentorship. We are excited to add one more honest, career-minded cold caller to our team.
Role highlights
Job: Cold caller / Appointment setter
Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (1 hour break), Mon–Fri
Location: Office at 108 Orange Square, Singhpura, Lahore (must check before applying)
Salary: PKR 40,000–80,000/month based on experience + bonuses
Long-term growth: top performers can join our Upwork agency and earn directly in USD
Must have
Fluent spoken English
Serious, career-oriented attitude (no time wasters)
Good work behavior, punctual, ready to learn and improve
Able to work nights reliably
