Cohort Supervisor for Experiential Learning

Lead Integral Experiential Learning initiatives with FNTI as a Cohort Supervisor. Engage learners, faculty, and Indigenous communities while developing and assessing IEL courses.
Reporting to the Manager of Experiential Learning, this role is critical in ensuring curriculum quality and community engagement. Collaborate closely with learners and faculty, creating inclusive learning environments both in-person and online. Your expertise will facilitate assessments, uphold equity and diversity, and partner with community stakeholders to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and develop Integrated Experiential Learning courses
• Ensure curriculum quality and community site identification
• Lead student engagement and impactful learning experiences
• Implement learner Accommodation Plans per FNTI guidelines
• Build strong relationships with community partners and IEL site teams
