About the Role

As a Process Architecture & BPM Capability Specialist, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and evolving the enterprise process architecture and BPM capability across the organisation. You will enable end-to-end traceability from strategy to execution while supporting data-driven optimisation, automation, governance, and operational excellence.

This strategic role is critical in enabling the organisation's transformation agenda by establishing a robust enterprise process architecture and BPM capability, improving decision-making, optimising costs, increasing operational efficiency, reducing risk, and strengthening delivery performance across federated tribes.
