Faculty Practice Plan Services has an outstanding opportunity for a CODING SPECIALIST - SUPERVISOR. The position reports to the Manager of Coding and Charge Capture for Coding Specialties.

• 100% FTE

• Mon-Fri, Remote

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor productivity, charge lag, and volume using various system tools and reports. Identify and prevent backlogs and other impediment to charge capture. Monitor work on a daily basis to prospectively identify problems, potential backlogs and takes the necessary steps to mitigate impact.

• Work closely with individual staff to ensure efficient and correct processing of charges. Assist staff in organizing work in-process so production levels consistently meet targets. Review quality and accuracy of work and provides ...
