Job Title: Medical Coding Manager
Location: Carthage, NY
Pay Range: $47.67 – $63.17 / hour

(CRITICAL MUST-HAVES) Minimum Requirements
Applicants without the following extensive coding and leadership experience will not be considered:

Core Coding Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience handling concurrent hospital inpatient (technical) and outpatient professional fee coding

Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct supervisory or management experience overseeing medical coding teams and clinical auditing workflows

Active Certification: High-level coding credential required (CCS or CPC)

Systems Mastery: Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II, MS/APR-DRGs, and APCs
