This role is critical to ensuring members are enrolled correctly, coverage changes are processed on time, and regulatory requirements—especially COBRA and HIPAA—are met consistently.

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining, tracking, and auditing enrollments and terminations across multiple systems, including processing COBRA when applicable.
