Job Description

PRTR Technical is seeking a COBOL Software Manager for a leading international company based in Bangkok. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the existing squad of developers (7-10) and reviewing their codes. 
  • Being responsible for assigned software development and architecture. 
  • Being responsible for testing software, debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrading software.
  • Participating in agile working practices and updating functional specifications for programming changes such as application changes, reports, and interfaces.

    • Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in software development using COBOL, with at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Experience in the insurance business is a huge advantage.
  • Good command of spoken, written, and read English.
