Job Description

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
  • Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Job Control Language (JCL).
  • Strong understanding of mainframe architecture and batch processing.
  • Experience with debugging and performance tuning of Cobol applications.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data manipulation techniques.
  • Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Must have and Good to have skills:

  • Proficient and Good hands-on experience in in COBOL, JCL.
  • Good hands-on experience in DB2, IMS and VSAM
  • Should be having knowledge on TSO/ISPF, Endevor, ChangeMan, FileAid
  • Good to have: CICS knowledge, CA7 scheduler and knowledge about ZOS API
