What you'll do:
Develop, maintain, and optimize COBOL programs for performance efficiency
Provide seamless integration for Mainframe between internal and external systems
Conduct code testing to ensure compliancy with security and regulatory standards
Participate in code reviews and discussion
Success Factors:
Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, and VSAM.
Previous experience in optimizing COBOL code, batch jobs, and system processes
Good communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
