Coal Technician - Bowen

This role is key to ensuring coal and related samples are prepared and analysed accurately and on time, in line with international standards.

What you’ll do:

• Follow correct procedures for sampling, recording, preparation, analysis, storage, and reporting of coal and related materials.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of preparation equipment.
• Work safely, maintaining a safety-aware environment at all times.
• Use basic CCLAS to book in samples and perform analyses.
• Carry out routine shipping and exploration project sampling, preparation, and analysis.
• Plan shift workflows and coordinate sample pick-ups and analyses.
