Responsibilities

  • Help update and organize support tickets and customer information
  • Assist with tracking open issues and follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize support documents and files
  • Maintain and organize robots and contact records on Salesforce
  • Help communicate updates between teams
  • Help prepare service reports and spreadsheets
  • Support parts and shipment tracking
  • Assist with updating service records and system information
  • Support tracking and reporting of operational information
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when needed
  • Assist different Operations teams with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Organize files and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and support improvement projects
