Co-Founder (CTO)

Atomik is building the future of farm mechanisation and agri-services, and we are now looking for a Co-Founder (CTO) to join us at this foundational stage.

This is a true co-founder role, not a conventional job position. We are looking for a builder who believes in the vision and is ready to create from zero.

Mandatory and transparent terms:

• Initial period: No salary
• This is a bootstrapped, early-stage venture. For the initial phase, compensation will be purely equity-based, focused on long-term value creation.
• Equity & dilution linked to capital brought in
• Stake dilution will be directly proportional to the investment the CTO helps raise or personally brings into the company. The stronger the capital contribution and growth enablement, the stronger the long-term ownership.
