Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Operator / Setter with a minimum 1 year of hands-on experience to operate and set CNC turning machines efficiently while ensuring quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Turning machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Perform tool setting, offset setting, and job setting
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)
- Identify and rectify minor machining issues
- Maintain proper documentation and production records
- Follow safety and quality standards
