Job Responsibilities:

Process & Improvement Participation: Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing CNC programs, conserving materials, and reducing cycle times to improve overall efficiency.

• Set up, operate, and optimize 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machining department
• Prepare, select, and maintain cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, and work holding
• Support automation equipment parts, custom machinery components, and precision assemblies
• Perform CAM programming, simulation, and on-machine program adjustments
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
• Tool wear and breakage, Material machining challenges
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping, and engineering changes
• Improve cycle time, tooling life, and production efficiency
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Production, and Automation teams.
