Job Description

OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for the operation of the CNC machine, programming, and design of electrode using CAD-CAM software. To support the fabrication of spare parts, jigs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To do machining using CNC milling of spare parts for tooling and repair projects.
  • Make parts that conforms to dimensional tolerances as specified in the drawing.
  • To do programming using CAM programs.
  • To keep and update inventory on tools, accessories and instrument used on CNC milling machine.
  • To do machining of jigs and fixtures.
  • To design electrode using 3D CAD software.
  • To be responsible of the safety and maintenance of the machines and tools in the tool room especially CNC milling machine.
  • To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5’S proper teamwork and coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance of the company’s rul...
