The CNC Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the CNC machining operations, ensuring production efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality control. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, tooling, robotics, and process optimization to drive continuous improvement and cost‑effective manufacturing solutions. The position specializes in machining, tooling engineering, and requires strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and mechanical drawings.
