The Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Rochester, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery to produce precision‑engineered components to exact specifications and strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC lathes and machining centers to meet production targets.
• Carry out machine changeovers and production runs in line with work orders and drawings.
• Modify existing CNC programmes and create new programmes when required.
• Manufacture components to strict tolerances and quality standards.
• Use measuring equipment to inspect finished components.
• Complete quality and production records accurately.
