CNC Setter

Our client based in Curdworth are looking for x 2 Permanent CNC setters for an immediate start following a successful interview.

CNC Setters - 2 Shift Rotation, working hours are 06:00-14:00 AM / 14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly.

• Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor the CNC Setter will be responsible for setting or pre-setting of CNC and other manufacturing machines, No operating required!

• Understand company objectives and strive to meet or exceed the KPIs and metrics.

• Manage the production accurate, high-quality components

• Competently set CNC Milling, Turning or other production machines using various operating systems.

• Plan & specify tooling requirements, including jigs and fixtures, tool changes and amendments including offset adjustments and minor program changes to produce components within drawing tolerances...
