CNC Set Up Operator - Nights

Employer: Stream-Flo Industries.

Night shift Monday through Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM, with a paid night shift premium and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure processes and machine operations are performed in accordance with safety regulations and are carried out in a conscientious manner.
• Maintain an acceptable level of productivity and efficiency.
• Work in conjunction with Programming and Industrial Engineering to achieve and maintain best practices, including the maintenance of tooling and fixture inventory.
• Stamp machinist’s ID on all pieces and re-stamp and/or mark heat numbers on pieces when heat numbers have been removed by machining.
• Identify machining non-conformances by separation and/or marking.
