As a CNC Programming Specialist, you will report to the machining supervisor, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient manufacturing processes. This position involves using Mastercam for programming, selecting cutting strategies, and supporting operators with technical guidance. Your work will directly influence the productivity and quality of manufactured parts through continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize cutting tool paths for enhanced performance
• Read and interpret technical drawings for accuracy
• Choose suitable machining strategies and parameters
• Simulate programs to ensure error-free production
• Provide assistance and advice to machinists
Requirements:
• DEC in Mechanical Engineering or DEP in CNC machining
