Responsibilities

  • Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to craft parts as per the specified standards.

  • Able to interpret technical drawings and program CNC machine accordingly.

  • Supervise machines during operation, making real-time adjustments for enhanced results.

  • Maintain machinery cleanliness and functionality on a daily basis.

  • Check the completed products for precision, ensuring alignment with MTL Advanced's specifications.

  • Promptly report and document any discrepancies in machine or tooling operations.

  • Engage proactively with the engineering and production units to meet and exceed quality benchmarks.

    • Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator (Minimum of 3 years preferred).

  • Experience with Fanuc controls

  • Experience with precision measurement instruments.
