CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F)

For our client, a family‑owned manufacturer based in La Chaux‑de‑Fonds, we are looking for talent for the position of:

CNC Programmer‑Setter (M/F)

Responsibilities

• You programme parts on Alphacam, in 3 and 5 axis machining
• You handle the settings, start‑up and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Bumotec S191, Robodrill, W408S2, Fanuc controls)
• You ensure the conformity of each part using the available control tools (including Marcel‑Aubert, micrometre)
• You contribute to the versatility of the team and fully commit to achieving quality, performance and deadline objectives

Profile

• Trained as a precision mechanic, micromechanic or with an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience in the watchmaking industry
• You master CAM programming
• You are autonomous in setting, start‑up and programming on CNC machines, notably Robodrill ...
